LocalPDF is a free, browser-based tool for manipulating PDF documents. All processing occurs entirely in your browser using WebAssembly and JavaScript. We do not upload, store, or transmit your files to any server. Your documents are processed 100% locally in your browser and never leave your device.

You may use LocalPDF for any lawful purpose. You are solely responsible for:

• Document ownership: Ensuring you have the legal right to modify the documents you process
• Copyright compliance: Not using the service to infringe on copyrights or intellectual property
• Data backup: Maintaining copies of original documents before processing
• Security: Ensuring your device and browser are secure

You may not use LocalPDF to process documents you do not have the right to modify, violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the service, or interfere with the operation of the service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue LocalPDF at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

LocalPDF displays advertisements through Google AdSense. These ads are governed by Google's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
